About us
“We are on mission to become a community of fully-equipped and empowered followers of Jesus, bringing His message of salvation, healing, hope and compassion to Saint Clair region and beyond.”
St. Clair Community Church has been part of Sombra since 2009. It started out meeting at the Sombra Community Hall, and later made its home in the little white church on John Street, a historic building that was once an Anglican church.

What we believe
We’re part of the Evangelical Missionary Church of Canada and share its statements of faith:
Ephesians 4:15–16
“Speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.”
